What is the quality of the products like? How do you offer such affordable prices?

This is a question we receive frequently, and we understand why. At first it can seem too good to be true to have amazing jewellery at affordable prices.

We wanted to bridge the gap between amazing quality jewellery and ridiculous prices. Companies were charging up to x10 more than we wanted to sell to our loyal customers. This was the birth of MOY London - a jewellery brand which sells fantastic quality pieces for the best prices possible. 

Despite our affordable prices, our quality and craftsmanship is not compromised. We use better materials, have better designs and offer better prices than everyone else out there. It has taken us many years in the industry to achieve this concept, and we hope you'll join us on our journey. 

We use authentic 18 Karat Gold plating (x5 dipped) across our pieces with a solid base of  316L stainless steel. Our Cubic Zirconia diamonds have 54 facets and are hand-set - giving all iced out pieces the coldest shine possible. 

When will I receive my tracking codes?

Typically within 48 hours of ordering, they will be sent to your email.

 

I'm afraid to pay online, is this safe?

Yes, It's 100% safe. All payments on our site are processed by a third party authorised payment processor. They use the latest generation encryption protocols and safety measures that are the best in the field. You can also order using PayPal.

I ordered multiple items and some have arrived before others. Is there a problem?

No! Our warehouse will ship your items separately and there will be different delivery times.
